Located in the core area of the Taiyuan National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, the TIPark adjoins the Fenhe River Scenic Area and the Changfeng Business District. It covers an area of 50,000 square meters.

It consists of four 26-story 5A office buildings and their two annexes.
