Ma Zhigang is the executive director of Tus-Holdings Co Ltd, chairman of Tus-Financial Group and co-chairman of the board of China Private Ventures Ltd.

Ma graduated from the London Business School, London University and the University of Michigan, with a master's degree in Finance and a CFA qualification. He is a member of the Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts.

Ma has been engaged in investment and financing, fund management and other work in many transnational investment banks such as Swiss Credit Bank. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial and investment sectors.
