Wang Mingliang, a professor-level senior engineer, is the vice president of Tongfang Co Ltd, and director and general-manager of Tongfang Knowledge Network Technology Co Ltd.

After graduating from the department of physics, Tsinghua University in 1989, Wang worked as a lecturer at the Institute of Theoretical Physics, Shanxi University for the following three years. He has published over 10 papers both domestically and abroad. In 1995, he founded Beijing Tsinghua Information System Engineering Co with the cooperation of Tsinghua University's department of physics. He is one of the founders of China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), and has been honored for his outstanding publications.
