Li Huaisheng, senior engineer, is currently the vice-president of the Tsinghua Holdings Habitat Development Group Corporation Limited and the deputy general manager of the Beijing Qingshang Architectural Ornamental Engineering Co Ltd. Devoted to environmental design for 20 years, Li is a member of the Design Committee of China Building Decoration Association.

Honored as an outstanding individual architect of the architectural decoration industry in Beijing and distinguished young designer, Li has also won many awards in design and interior design.
