The Qingdao Maker Community is located at No 306 Ningxia Road in Qingdao's Laoshan district. It was co-founded by the district government, Qingdao University and TITH Holdings Co Ltd, a science service provider and science park builder and operator in Beijing's Tsinghua Science Park.

It is a cluster of mass entrepreneurship and innovation spaces, an incubation base for high-tech firms and a home to makers. As a comprehensive incubation base featuring services like road shows, training, R&D, financing and investment, and entertainment, the community is committed to helping all kinds of business starters and makers with convenient services at low cost.
