The incubation base is located in the Information Security Industrial Park of Tianjin Marine Hi-Tech Zone in the Binhai New Area, with a floorage of 3,453 square meters. It specializes in business incubation and operation, as well as fund investment.

With the opportunity brought by the national strategy of “coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region”, and the construction of the Tianjin Pilot Free Trade Zone and a national independent innovation demonstration zone, the base will seek to develop innovative technologies that go beyond those of traditional industries and cultivate new businesses and entrepreneurial talents, as well as build itself into an incubation base with global appeal.
