The incubation base was set up by TusPark’s incubator, Baoding Industrial Park and Fulcrum, a local business service company.

It provides funds for start-ups and focuses on projects investment, so as to ensure their commercialization.

The base will give full play to Baoding city’s location advantage in the coordinated Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional development and incubate a group of hi-tech projects that can make full use of local competitive resources with a wide range of services, such as policies, land, premises, technical support，marketing channels, and project matchmaking activities.
