The park is located in the Hunnan New Area in Shenyang city, Liaoning province.
It covers an area of 560 mu (37.52 hectares). The park has factories with a floorage totaling 163,000 sq m and a 355,000-sq-m area for residential facilities. It began its operation in 2006 and is Tsinghua Tongfang's largest digital TV production base in Northern China.
