TusCity (Hefei) is located by the Nanyan Lake in Hefei city’s National Economic & Technological Development Area, covering an area of 73.3 hectares. It has a floorage of 1.6 million square meters and will be set up and run in seven years.

It is home to incubation centers for scientific research, scientific and technological industries, financial services, and training for high-end political and business professionals.

The companies in the park are engaged in public security, information technology, energy saving, environmental protection, scientific and technological service and knowledge.

The construction of its first phase was launched in 2015. The project, with a floorage of 450, 000 square meters, will be used for incubation centers, high-end office buildings and commercial facilities.
