Located by Yangcheng Lake in the northern part of the Suzhou Industrial Park, the TusCity covers an area of 23.3 hectares with a planned floorage of about 500,000 square meters.

Construction of 200,000 square meters has been completed and more than 30 enterprises have settled down in the park. It is poised for establishing itself as a complex for innovation-oriented service industries comprised of enterprise headquarters, fashion institutes and entrepreneurial communities. It aims to become a leading sci-tech industrial park in Suzhou and the Yangtze River Delta.
