TusPark (Hong Kong) is Tus-Holdings' first innovation hub in Hong Kong. It completed construction in February 2015 and is a nine-story building near the Kowloon Bay.

The park provides favorable services for its tenants and will be put into use by stages. The first stage includes exhibition and convention facilities, which opened to the public in February, and the incubation center and work space, which opened in April, 2016.
