The first phase of TusPark (Kunshan) covers an area of 13.6 hectares with a floorage of over 110,000 square meters. It was put into use in 2006. 

The park aims to grow into a base of incubation services, training for professionals, and innovative technology R&D, and it has been approved as a provincial-level sci-tech entrepreneurship park in Jiangsu province and a national high-tech service center for entrepreneurship service. About 150 enterprises and investment projects have arrived in the park, including more than 50 sci-tech firms and 4 listed companies. 

One of the listed companies was listed abroad and two were listed on China's board for growth enterprises.
