The TusPark (Shanghai) is located in the center of Shanghai’s Zhabei district and is home to a group of emerging sci-tech industries that focus on entrepreneurship and innovation, incubation and entrepreneurial services, training of innovative professionals, and commercialization of scientific research.

It plans to cover an area of 37.3 hectares, nearly 800,000 square meters of which having been developed. There are centers for headquarters, research, incubation, and application, as well as business facilities like five-star hotels and an international convention center. 

At present, foreign companies like Siemens, Accenture, TÜV Rheinland and a group of domestic technology firms have located in the park.
