Wu Xi, a senior engineer, is currently the vice president of Tsinghua Holdings Habitat Development Group Corporation Limited, chairman of Beijing Qingshang Architectural Ornamental Engineering Co Ltd, and chairman and head of Beijing Qingshang Architectural Design and Research Institute Co Ltd. 

He also holds posts in some industrial associations such as the deputy head of China Building Decoration Association, deputy head of China National Interior Decoration Association and executive director of China Industrial Design Association. 

Wu was honored as an outstanding entrepreneur in China's building decoration industry in 2011, and an entrepreneur with distinguished achievement in China's building decoration industry in the following year. He was elected as the design figure of 2014 by China Building Decoration Association.
