Tu Qinhua graduated with a master's degree from the navigation and automatic control department of Tsinghua University. Tu currently is the vice-president of Chengzhi Shareholding Co Ltd, chairman and CEO of the functional materials division. He is also the chairman of Shijiazhuang Chengzhi Yonghua Display Materials Co Ltd. He has been served the deputy to the 11th National People's Congress, a member of the Standing Committee of NPC Jiangxi Committee. Also, he was the head of Jiangxi Commission of Industry and Information Technology.
