Graduated from Tsinghua University's School of Economics and Management with a master's degree, Pei Xiaodong is the president of Tsinghua Holdings Human Dwelling Group. 

Pei started his career after graduation in the Ministry of Textile Industry. From 2001, he has been worked as president assistant and vice-president of Tsinghua University Science Park, and general-manager and chairman of Tsinghua University Science Park (Shanghai).
