RDALN16-GPS/GNSS low noise amplifier chip (RDA Microelectronics)
RDALN16 is a high-performance low noise amplifier applied to a receiver system. Its working frequency goes from 1559MHz to 1610MHz, which can satisfy the requirements of commercial and military GPS, Galileo, Glonass, Beidou and other global leading positioning systems. RDALN16 features very low noise coefficients and fully enables accurate positioning even with weak signals. The chip adopts the advanced CMOS SOI technology and has an edge in costs as compared with III-V compound semiconductors and heterogeneous semiconductors. In addition, the reliable ESD and wide work temperatures, ranging from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius, make RDALN1609 applicable in a wide range of civil and military positioning systems.
