Property Law: Paradigms and Theories Focusing on Explaining the Property Law of the People's Republic of China (two volumes) was written by Professor Cui Jianyuan of the School of Law, Tsinghua University. It won the Chinese Government Award for Publishing in 2014. It outlines usufructuary rights and real rights for security in the context of China's property law. The two volumes also introduce and discuss topics such as management rights of contracted rural land, the right to use construction land, hypothec, and mortgage.
