Shijiazhuang Chengzhi Yonghua Display Materials Co Ltd's TFT liquid crystal materials project with an annual output of 50 tons was granted with the 2010 national color television industry strategic transformation fund. The project using the independently-developed liquid crystal production technique can meet the technical requirement of the liquid crystal materials used in televisions. The TFT liquid crystal products with independent intellectual property right have broken the monopoly of foreign products.

The R&D of TN-TFT liquid crystal material, one of the project's products, was selected by the National High-Tech R&D Program or 863 Program in 2008 and granted with the third prize of 2010 Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award and the special award of the 2013 Shijiazhuang Science and Technology Progress Award.
