TIPark is located in the National High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Qingdao, covering 100 hectares with a floorage of 1.7 million square meters.

It is home to incubation and service centers for companies, as well as corporate headquarters. As an early tenant in the National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, it has spared no effort to build itself into an ecological scientific and technological town and a demonstration area for scientific and technological service.
