The park is located in the Hunnan New Area in Shenyang city, Liaoning province.

It covers an area of 37.52 hectares. The park has factories with floorage totaling 163,000 square meters and a 35,500-sq-m area for residential facilities. It began operations in 2006 and is Tsinghua Tongfang’s largest digital TV production base in Northern China.
