The science park is located in the Nantong Economic & Technological Development Area of Jiangsu province, and was put into operation in August 2011.

It covers 204,000 square meters and has a floorage of 92,000 square meters.

The park is Tsinghua Tongfang’s LED semiconductor production base and a R&D center for its LED technology.
