Tu Qinhua graduated with a master's degree from the navigation and automatic control department of Tsinghua University. Tu currently is the vice-president of Chengzhi Shareholding Co Ltd, and chairman and CEO of the functional materials division. He is also the chairman of Shijiazhuang Chengzhi Yonghua Display Materials Co Ltd. He was the deputy to the 11th National People's Congress, a member of the Standing Committee of NPC Jiangxi Committee, and the head of Jiangxi Commission of Industry and Information Technology.
