Many startups have deficiencies that will have a negative impact on employee recruitment, such as a small size, an unstable operation, frequent overtime work, high risk, low wages and a lack of full-time HR. Zhang Jin, professor at Tsinghua University's School of Economics and Management, has long been engaged in research, teaching and consultation on human resource management, accumulating a wealth of practical experience. The course targets recruitment for startups through analyzing preparation, channels, technology and the recruitment process. The course aims to help entrepreneurs and companies to broaden their minds, clarify recruitment standards and procedures and improve recruitment efficiency.
