The key to an enterprise's success is the success of its projects. How projects are selected, evaluated and managed fundamentally determine the success of an enterprise's efficiency. In many cases, the key to success is not whether you work hard or not, but whether you can work effectively. In order to make every business partner participate in enterprise management more efficiently, entrepreneurs should grasp every opportunity brought by each project.

The China Institute of Entrepreneurship invited Li Jizhen, teacher at the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management, to give lectures and share knowledge and methodology on project management with students.

The curriculum combines the systematic history and development of project management, and sums up four aspects and eight elements for successful project management. Every student can improve project management through theoretical study and practice, laying a solid foundation for their success.
