The Tsinghua SEM-McKinsey Global Leadership Course is co-hosted, organized and designed by McKinsey, a leading international consulting company and  Tsinghua University's School of Economics and Management (SEM).

Dominic Barton, chairman and global CEO of McKinsey, is the first lecturer of the course. The goal is to allow global leaders to understand the important role of leadership in the highly dynamic global environment through direct contact with business leaders around the world.

In this course, globally renowned business leaders will be invited to lecture on best management practices and analysis frameworks in a global context.  The course covers major aspects of corporations, including strategy, operation, organization, finance, digitization and so on.
