Nuctech's security inspection products displayed at 2018 WCO IT Conference and Exhibition

Nuctech, a leading security&inspection solution supplier under Tsinghua Holdings' Tongfang Co, showcased its latest products at the 2018 WCO IT Conference and Exhibition in Lima, capital of Peru, from June 6 to 8.
Themed "Building a reliable digital landscape to boost cross-border trade", the global event attracted 595 participants and 30-odd exhibitors from 75 countries to explore the role of IT in supporting customs, including how to use IT to better secure the business environment and, in so doing, boost economic prosperity.

Nuctech senior vice-president Wang Weidong delivered a keynote speech on the topic of "New Technologies for Customs" at the conference, saying that Nuctech's integrated solutions that combine advanced inspection technologies, cross-border data sharing and AI-enabled analysis can help customs and other border agencies cope with increasing security inspection challenges as world trade continues to grow but threats rise accordingly. Wang also showed Nuctech's cases of inspection solutions worldwide and their intelligent inspection results.
During the exhibition, Nuctech's frontier products, technologies and turn-key solutions for customs, for example, the customs monitor command center and customs logistics supervision solutions, drew attention from different visitors.
Officials including Kunio Mikuriya, Secretary General of the WCO, and Wang Lingjun, deputy director of China's General Administration of Customs, visit Nuctech's booth and speak highly of its exhibits.
