Unigroup, Tongfang and H3C in Top 50 of Top 100 Electronic Information Enterprise List

Representatives of the top 100 electronic information enterprises show their awards. 

Unigroup, Tongfang and H3C were on the Top 50 sub-list of the Top 100 electronic information enterprise compiled by the China Information Technology Industry Federation (CITIF) in Tianjin, on July 18.

Zhou Zixue, vice-president of the CITIF, said that in this session, the operating revenue of the primary businesses of the top 100 enterprises amounted to 4,300 billion yuan($625 billion), an increase of 22.9 percent compared with the last session.

And the total assets added up to 5,500 billion yuan, an increase of 25 percent. The prime operating revenue of the top 3 enterprises in the top 100 exceeded 250 billion yuan.

On the top 100 enterprises list, there were twelve ventures with sales revenue of more than 100 billion yuan, an increase of two compared with the last session.

Compared with the last session, there were also eight more enterprises on the list with sales revenue greater than 10 billion yuan, bringing the total number to 74.

The minimum main business income of the listed enterprises approached 7billion yuan, nearly 1.7 billion yuan higher than the previous year. And total profits reached 223.6 billion yuan, with an average profit rate of 5.2 percent, 0.7 percent above the average industry level.

Research and development input totaled 255.2 billion yuan, an increase of 16 percent over the previous year. The average Research & Development input intensity reached 6.0%.
