Some key technological achievements of Tus-Digital Group and Unisoc - subsidiaries of Tus-Holdings and Tsinghua Unigroup under Tsinghua Holdings - have won top science and technology prizes, awarded by the China Institute of Communications and announced at the China Information and Communication Conference which opened in Chengdu on Nov 30, 2019.

The "Key Technologies for Flexible Collaborative Control and Networking of Data Center Optical Networks" of the Tus-Digital Group won the first prize for technical invention. The "NB-IoT Key Technology R&D, Standardization and Application" of Unisoc won the first prize for scientific and technological progress.

The China Institute of Communications science and technology award commends individuals and organizations that have made achievements or outstanding contributions in communication science research, technological innovation and development, high-tech industrialization, and the application of scientific and technological achievements. A total of 37 scientific and technological achievements were recognized this year.
