Unisplendour on Forbes’ Global 2000 list for three consecutive years

Unisplendour Corporation Limited (UNIS) under Tsinghua Unigroup, a subsidiary of Tsinghua Holdings, ranked 1,663th on the list of Forbes’ 18th annual ranking of the world’s 2,000 largest public companies released on May 13 with sales of $7.4 billion, profit of $247 million, total asset of $7.7 billion, and market value of $12.1 billion.

Unisplendour has been on the 2020 Global 2000 list for three consecutive years and its ranking rose 219 places this year from 2019.

As a global leader in next-generation cloud computing infrastructure construction and industry intelligent application services, in 2019 Unisplendour launched a series of cloud computing infrastructure products that relied on “smart+,” computing, network, storage, and security as well as 5G converged solutions along with digital transformation in various industries. In addition, the company enhanced its cloud services market position in the fields of governments, financial institutions, transportation, media, and telecommunications, and has made progress in the operator markets and overseas markets.

The annual report of Unisplendour shows that last year the company’s annual revenue reached 54.1 billion yuan, an increase of 11.92 percent year-on-year, of which digital infrastructure and service revenue accounted for 29 billion yuan, up by 33.25 percent year-on-year. Net profit attributed to listed company shareholders was 1.84 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.08 percent.

The Forbes Global 2000 list measures a company's sales, profits, total assets and market value, and comprehensively selects the largest and most powerful listed companies in the world.

A total of 367 companies in China were on this year’s list, an increase of 58 from last year, including 266, 58 and 43 from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan respectively.
